6+ years of experience developing and delivering large-scale distributed systems.
6+ years of experience with .NET Framework, .NET Standard, or .NET Core.
3+ years of experience with Angular, TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
Experience building reusable Angular components, managing front-end state, and integrating with RESTful APIs.
Prior experience leading or managing a small engineering team, including mentorship.
Experience maintaining and enhancing established, production SaaS platforms.
Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure (IaaS and/or PaaS).
Experience with relational databases, preferably Microsoft SQL Server.
Understanding of application security and compliance concepts (e.g., ESIGN, UETA, eIDAS).
Familiarity with Agile software development practices.
Experience using AI-assisted development tools.

Lead and manage a small team of full-stack engineers, coordinating day-to-day work and setting technical direction.
Maintain and enhance a secure, scalable e-signature platform using the .NET technology stack.
Work with UI designers and product owners to deliver Angular-based features and resolve front-end defects.
Own platform reliability, including monitoring, alerting, performance tuning, and root-cause analysis.
Uphold security, integrity, and auditability standards such as document integrity and audit trails.
Operate and enhance the platform on Azure by applying cloud best practices.
Partner with Product and IT teams to plan, coordinate, and schedule releases with a focus on due diligence.
Participate in incident response and on-call support to resolve customer-impacting issues.
