Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
- 3+ years of related experience in Sales Operations, Data Analytics, or Business Development within the CPG industry.
- Strong understanding of Syndicated Data such as Spins, IRI, or Nielsen.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite including Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams.
- Intermediate Excel skills including pivot tables, basic formulas, and VLOOKUPs.
- Familiarity with retail systems such as Luminate, Circana, Retail Link, Item360, and STIBO.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to handle large datasets and complex information.
- Analytical mindset with a passion for solving business challenges.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Ability to travel up to 10% domestically.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the National Accounts team to gather, analyze, and interpret sales data.
- Monitor sales trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions.
- Develop and maintain sales dashboards and reports to track performance metrics.
- Create compelling PowerPoint presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
- Assist in sales forecasting and budget planning by evaluating historical data.
- Identify opportunities to streamline and improve sales processes.
- Conduct market research to understand industry trends and customer preferences.
