Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in an onboarding, business development, or pipeline-management role.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple onboarding processes simultaneously with high attention to detail.
- Self-starter with an ownership mentality and experience in a high-growth environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Teams, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Exposure to contract and/or pricing negotiation preferred.
- Desire to establish a climate-centric career.
Responsibilities
- Manage Budderfly's referred contractor pipeline, evaluating prospective contractors based on business, operational, legal, and compliance requirements.
- Own, oversee, and continuously improve the contractor onboarding process from recruitment through activation.
- Coordinate contractor onboarding and training activities with the Program Manager to ensure preparation for field work.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for contractors, resolving issues and coordinating with internal departments.
- Manage contractor integration into systems including HubSpot, FastFields, InJobs, and Sitetracker.
- Analyze onboarding metrics, training effectiveness, and pipeline activity to identify trends and report performance.
- Negotiate contractor pricing and contractual terms within established guidelines.
