Thorough understanding of software architecture concepts including monolith vs. microservices, API versioning, and data flows.
Ability to discuss technical requirements with individual contributors, architects, and engineering managers.
Proven track record of turning high-level strategy into structured, trackable project plans.
Deep familiarity with Jira and mapping workflows from high-level planning boards to granular engineering tasks.
Strong diplomacy and influence skills to drive alignment without formal authority.
Ability to anticipate bottlenecks and clear them before they disrupt engineering workflows.
Experience working in high-growth or pre-IPO technology companies.
Strong passion for learning about products and markets through in-house and external training.

Act as the primary engineering representative during early intake and cross-functional triage meetings.
Manage the end-to-end routing of urgent requests and translate leadership decisions into actionable Jira tasks.
Track dependencies with operations and product pods to ensure clear engineering requirements.
Drive strategic engineering initiatives, including the architectural transition from monolith to microservices.
Coordinate internal engineering audits to identify and mitigate risks and service resiliency issues.
Develop and maintain engineering visibility dashboards for executive-level insights into product health and team velocity.
Navigate cross-functional complexities across 15+ product pods to reduce ownership friction.
