Requirements
- 5+ years of overall experience in project management.
- Proven background working as a PM in the iGaming industry (experience directly within a B2B slot provider is a massive advantage).
- Deep understanding of software development methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Kanban) and how to apply them flexibly in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong ability to manage scope, time, and resources effectively without compromising the final product quality.
- Excellent English skills and the ability to clearly translate business requirements into technical tasks.
- Hands-on experience building, managing, and optimizing complex workflows in ClickUp (Nice-to-Have).
Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage the entire slot development lifecycle, from initial concept and requirement gathering to final release.
- Own project schedules, milestones, dependencies and day-to-day delivery across multiple games.
- Synchronize workflows between creative and technical departments to ensure everyone is aligned and moving at the right pace.
- Proactively identify production bottlenecks and implement workflow adjustments to eliminate them.
- Own the delivery pipeline, manage release schedules, and ensure all titles hit their planned milestones.
- Prepare clear status updates, generate progress reports for stakeholders, and track key delivery KPIs and metrics.
