Requirements
- Proven experience managing enterprise SaaS products end to end.
- Clear track record of driving business outcomes for customers.
- Hands-on proficiency with AI, specifically shipping or prototyping AI-powered features.
- Understanding of LLMs, retrieval, grounding, evaluation, and hallucination risk.
- Ability to design for users in diverse conditions, from field site to commercial office.
- Excellent communication skills for both complex technical arguments and strategy documentation.
- Strong leadership qualities, including taking ownership and making decisions with incomplete information.
- Experience with construction, engineering, real estate, or complex operational industries is preferred.
- Ability to be rigorous with data while maintaining a humanistic, empathetic approach to users.
Responsibilities
- Own a product area end to end, including the problem, strategy, roadmap, and results.
- Spend time on live projects and in data to understand construction operations.
- Ship AI features from concept to production with robust evaluation of quality.
- Sequence work into cycles, make prioritization calls, and communicate clear product strategy.
- Raise the product craft within the team and provide candid feedback to peers.
