Proven success in sales, marketing, or client-facing roles, or relevant clinical experience in behavioral health.
Keen interest in transitioning into a sales role if coming from a clinical background.
Strong understanding of sales processes, lead generation strategies, and sales funnel management.
Experience contributing to content creation such as sales decks, email templates, case studies, or marketing campaigns.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to build rapport, establish credibility, and translate complex clinical or operational concepts for diverse audiences.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and prioritize competing demands.
Proficiency with CRM systems such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and G Suite tools.
Willingness to travel as needed for conferences, site visits, and client meetings.

Proactively establish connections with new prospects and nurture strong relationships with existing clients.
Conduct independent research and leverage industry insights to target high-potential prospects.
Lead pipeline development by achieving quarterly and annual sales goals.
Support demand generation and brand awareness initiatives in the behavioral healthcare market.
Act as a client advocate to address needs and drive loyalty.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful execution of client-centric initiatives.
Relay client feedback to internal teams to contribute to product strategy.
Partner with marketing to develop tailored campaigns and positioning strategies.
Attend industry conferences and networking events to increase market visibility.
