Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Arts, Science, or a related discipline.
- At least 4 years of project management experience delivering medical events, medical education, or training materials within an agency environment.
- Demonstrated experience delivering medical, clinical, or commercial programs.
- Proven ability to independently manage defined-scope programs and contribute to larger initiatives.
- Strong capabilities in managing timelines, budgets, milestones, dependencies, and competing priorities.
- Experience working directly with clients and developing confidence in client-facing communication.
- Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail.
- Demonstrated judgment in identifying risks and resolving issues.
- Comfortable working in a professional virtual environment.
- Ability to travel when required to support program delivery.
Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end planning and delivery of defined-scope medical, clinical, and commercial programs.
- Lead specific workstreams or components of larger, complex, multi-stream programs.
- Translate client and internal objectives into clear, executable delivery plans.
- Serve as a day-to-day point of contact for assigned programs and support senior colleagues in client meetings.
- Coordinate with internal teams including Creative, Content, and Production to ensure effective delivery.
- Track project budgets and timelines, supporting financial reconciliation and program close-out.
- Review program deliverables for accuracy and quality, identifying potential issues early.
