Requirements
- Demonstrated experience migrating websites to HubSpot CMS with portfolio available for review.
- Strong practical knowledge of HubSpot CMS and Marketing, Sales, and Service Hub Pro.
- Experience migrating customer support platforms such as Freshdesk into HubSpot Service Hub.
- Strong front-end development skills including HTML, CSS, and HubL.
- Solid understanding of UX/UI best practices.
- Experience with CRM configuration, automation, integrations, and data management.
- Good understanding of technical and on-page SEO requirements for website migrations.
- Ability to translate business requirements into practical technical solutions.
- Strong problem-solving, organization, and documentation skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-moving, project-based environment.
- Experience working with SaaS businesses or startups is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Lead the migration of an approximately 15-page marketing website to HubSpot CMS.
- Rebuild website architecture, content, forms, and related functionality within HubSpot.
- Implement SEO best practices including URL mapping, 301 redirects, meta tags, and robots.txt configuration.
- Configure HubSpot Marketing, Sales, and Service Hub capabilities.
- Manage the migration from Freshdesk to HubSpot Service Hub Pro, including ticket pipelines, workflows, and knowledge base configuration.
- Integrate CRM functionality to ensure reliable data flows and efficient workflows.
- Provide strategic recommendations and technical documentation for a scalable HubSpot environment.
