Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Operations, or a related discipline.
  • 10+ years of experience in supply chain, logistics, operations, or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience leading cross-functional teams.
  • Demonstrated expertise in demand forecasting, inventory planning, supply planning, and S&OP processes.
  • Experience with reverse logistics, preferably in the mobile or connected-device industry.
  • Strong proficiency with forecasting and inventory planning systems.
  • Experience with ERP platforms such as Oracle or Great Plains.
  • Expert-level Excel capabilities, including pivot tables and advanced reporting.
  • Proven success leading large-scale process improvements and cross-functional transformation.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with executive presence.
  • APICS CPIM/CSCP certification or equivalent preferred.
  • Familiarity with AI and automation initiatives in supply chain planning preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute the overarching strategy for logistics, repair, inventory, and distribution networks.
  • Lead the S&OP framework, balancing supply and demand while addressing operational risks.
  • Establish and improve demand planning and forecasting processes integrated with financial planning.
  • Develop capacity models to optimize resource utilization and service levels.
  • Manage inventory levels across regions and depots to balance availability and working capital.
  • Lead operational productivity and inventory strategy analyses to strengthen margins.
  • Develop, automate, and enhance customer-focused KPI reporting for stakeholders.
  • Mentor and develop a team of directors and managers across planning, analytics, and procurement.
