Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Operations, or a related discipline.
- 10+ years of experience in supply chain, logistics, operations, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience leading cross-functional teams.
- Demonstrated expertise in demand forecasting, inventory planning, supply planning, and S&OP processes.
- Experience with reverse logistics, preferably in the mobile or connected-device industry.
- Strong proficiency with forecasting and inventory planning systems.
- Experience with ERP platforms such as Oracle or Great Plains.
- Expert-level Excel capabilities, including pivot tables and advanced reporting.
- Proven success leading large-scale process improvements and cross-functional transformation.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with executive presence.
- APICS CPIM/CSCP certification or equivalent preferred.
- Familiarity with AI and automation initiatives in supply chain planning preferred.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the overarching strategy for logistics, repair, inventory, and distribution networks.
- Lead the S&OP framework, balancing supply and demand while addressing operational risks.
- Establish and improve demand planning and forecasting processes integrated with financial planning.
- Develop capacity models to optimize resource utilization and service levels.
- Manage inventory levels across regions and depots to balance availability and working capital.
- Lead operational productivity and inventory strategy analyses to strengthen margins.
- Develop, automate, and enhance customer-focused KPI reporting for stakeholders.
- Mentor and develop a team of directors and managers across planning, analytics, and procurement.
