Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Logistics, International Trade, or a related field.
  • Previous experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain, preferably within an industrial environment such as cosmetics, pharmaceuticals, or chemicals.
  • Knowledge of supplier management, negotiation, and procurement processes covering both productive and indirect materials.
  • Advanced Excel skills, including advanced formulas and pivot tables, for data analysis and KPI/report development.
  • Strong analytical and data-oriented mindset, with the ability to transform information into practical business insights.
  • Organized, proactive, and results-oriented approach, with strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Experience with procurement dashboards and performance-management tools such as Power BI, Excel Power Query, Google Data Studio, or similar platforms is a strong advantage.
  • Familiarity with the cosmetics and/or pharmaceutical industries, including manufacturing practices, seasonality, and supplier technical specifications, is a plus.
  • Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA Cloud, particularly the MM (Materials Management) module and processes involving purchase requisitions, purchase orders, supplier quotations, and sources of supply, is desirable.
  • Experience or knowledge of import operations, including working with customs brokers, is an advantage.
  • Familiarity with tax legislation applicable to procurement is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Manage purchasing processes for productive materials, including raw materials, packaging, and inputs, as well as indirect materials such as MRO, services, and administrative and operational supplies.
  • Build, automate, maintain, and improve procurement KPIs, including savings, delivery lead time, supplier service levels, inventory turnover, order fulfillment rates, and price evolution by category.
  • Develop dashboards and management reports that transform procurement data into clear, actionable insights for leadership.
  • Standardize performance metrics and improve the way purchasing results are monitored and communicated.
  • Identify opportunities to automate data collection and reporting processes, increasing efficiency and data reliability.
  • Support negotiations, supplier management, sourcing activities, and broader supply processes.
  • Support import processes and operations involving both domestic and international suppliers, when applicable.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of procurement processes, controls, and analytical practices.
