Requirements
- Working knowledge of offensive security concepts, assessment methodologies, and industry best practices.
- Practical knowledge of Windows and Unix/Linux-based operating systems, networking, and Active Directory.
- Familiarity with programming and scripting languages such as C#/.NET, C++, Python, PowerShell, or Bash.
- Strong technical writing capabilities for assessment reports, presentations, and client documentation.
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to contribute to complex security projects independently and manage multiple priorities.
- Ability and willingness to lead small teams and customer engagements.
- Willingness to develop and deliver technical training and mentor other consultants.
- Ability to travel domestically and internationally up to approximately 25% annually.
Responsibilities
- Plan and execute offensive security engagements across varying scopes including red team assessments, penetration tests, web application assessments, and cloud security assessments.
- Communicate attack paths, findings, risks, and strategic insights to technical and executive stakeholders through reports and presentations.
- Develop scripts, tools, and methodologies to improve offensive security capabilities and service delivery.
- Serve as a subject matter expert in areas such as initial access, OSINT, adversary tradecraft, and evasion.
- Support engagement scoping, internal planning, project kickoff, and remediation discussions.
- Lead smaller teams and engagements while mentoring less experienced consultants.
- Develop and maintain technical content for security training programs and support course delivery.
