Requirements
- Foundational knowledge of offensive security concepts, security assessments, and industry best practices.
- Working knowledge of Windows and Unix/Linux-based operating systems.
- Networking concepts and Active Directory proficiency.
- Working knowledge of at least one programming or scripting language (C#/.NET, C++, Python, PowerShell, or Bash).
- Strong technical aptitude and desire to continuously learn.
- Ability to produce clear, professional technical documentation and reports.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for interaction with technical and executive stakeholders.
- Ability to travel domestically and internationally up to 25% annually.
- Ability to successfully complete a criminal background check.
- Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Plan and participate in offensive security engagements including red team assessments and penetration tests.
- Execute offensive security testing using established tools and tradecraft across diverse environments.
- Communicate findings, risks, and recommendations clearly to both technical and executive audiences.
- Develop scripts, tools, and methodologies to improve service effectiveness.
- Collaborate with consultants and team leads while mentoring junior team members.
- Develop expertise in areas such as adversary tradecraft, initial access, or technical capability development.
- Participate in engagement scoping and remediation discussions.
- Contribute to training content and assist with course delivery.
