Requirements
- Proven experience owning production-grade web applications end-to-end
- Experience with SEO, experimentation, analytics, performance, or growth-related product areas
- Proficiency in Backend technologies: Java, Spring Boot, RabbitMQ, PostgreSQL, MS-SQL
- Proficiency in Frontend technologies: React, TypeScript, Cypress, Jest
- Experience with Infrastructure tools: Kubernetes, GitLab CI/CD, AWS, Datadog
- Deep understanding of system design, trade-offs, and event-driven architecture
- Strong product mindset and experience partnering with non-engineering stakeholders
- Ability to communicate fluently in English
- Based in Italy or Spain
Responsibilities
- Build and evolve the technical foundations that support customer acquisition, activation, and retention across Treatwell's markets
- Improve how search engines and users understand Treatwell's marketplace
- Instrument work, support testing frameworks, and help teams validate ideas with data before scaling them
- Ship user-facing improvements to landing pages, discovery journeys, and conversion flows
- Own services end-to-end, from architecture through deployment, with a DevOps mindset
- Translate growth and marketing opportunities into clear engineering work and maintain quality standards
