Requirements
- 6+ years in IT experience.
- At least 2 years of experience leading a team, ideally at a fast-growing SaaS company.
- Experience in healthcare or another regulated environment is a plus.
- Experience supporting a distributed, remote workforce.
- Depth in identity, access, and endpoint management across cloud and on-prem environments, covering SSO, provisioning, and device lifecycle.
- Proven track record of leading and coaching technical staff.
- Ability to explain technical tradeoffs to non-technical stakeholders.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related discipline, or equivalent years of experience.
Responsibilities
- Help set IT strategy and serve the teams that execute it, partnering with stakeholders across the business on alignment to business objectives.
- Manage vendor contracts, licensing, renewals, and budgets.
- Run day-to-day IT operations, including provisioning, access control, SSO, and device lifecycle.
- Administer internal applications and maintain a help desk.
- Own endpoint security, email protection, access reviews, vendor and third-party risk, and response, coordinating with DevOps.
