Requirements
- Experience leading client-facing or cross-functional projects with hands-on configuration responsibilities.
- Expertise in power-user platforms like Airtable, Notion, Asana, HubSpot, or Zapier.
- Deep understanding of structured data and relational databases.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills suitable for executive-level meetings.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with high accountability.
- Demonstrated ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Experience in consulting, agencies, RevOps, or operations is preferred.
- Familiarity with the low-code/no-code ecosystem.
- Availability to work full-time (40 hours/week) during US business hours.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of enterprise clients.
- Lead client discovery sessions to translate business goals into concrete requirements.
- Manage project scope, priorities, and timelines to ensure consistent momentum.
- Configure Airtable tables, automations, and interfaces independently.
- Review and optimize existing client implementations for better structure, usability, and scalability.
- Coordinate day-to-day execution with internal engineering resources.
