Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in technical Project Management within SaaS or technology companies.
- Proven track record of managing complex, cross-functional tech and data projects with multiple dependencies.
- Technical fluency in concepts such as APIs, integrations, data flows, and software delivery processes.
- Demonstrated ability to take ambiguous initiatives and turn them into structured execution plans.
- Strong synthesis and communication skills for reporting to Directors and senior leadership.
- Active user of AI tools and automation strategies to optimize project workflows.
- Proficiency with modern project and collaboration tools such as Jira, Confluence, Slack, and Google Workspace.
- Comfortable working effectively in a distributed, remote environment.
- PMP certification is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Own assigned projects from planning through completion, maintaining detailed plans for concurrent, complex SaaS initiatives.
- Proactively identify, track, and mitigate project risks and cross-team dependencies.
- Coordinate across segments and teams including Engineering, Product, Marketing, and CS to align deliverables and resolve dependencies.
- Maintain clear project visibility and provide concise updates to leadership on status, risks, and scope.
- Host syncs and manage communications to clear blockers for engineering and product teams.
- Drive timely resolution of decisions and manage escalations when necessary.
- Leverage AI and automation tools to streamline workflows and reduce manual administrative overhead.
