Requirements
- 8+ years of related experience in clinical development.
- 5+ years of management responsibility.
- Demonstrated experience running full service clinical trials.
- Specialty knowledge in Respiratory Diseases.
- Expert knowledge of key principles of cross-functional project management (Time, Quality, Cost).
- Comprehensive understanding of clinical development guidelines and regulatory requirements.
- Proven leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Strong financial acumen with experience in budgeting, forecasting, and resource management.
- Technical proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and organization systems (CTMS, Preclarus, Clarity).
- Ability to coach, mentor, and lead global or cross-functional teams.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant academic/vocational qualification.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary contact and lead between the sponsor and the organization at the project level.
- Drive and own the overall delivery of the cross-functional project regarding time, cost, and quality.
- Ensure financial stewardship by understanding contracts, resource alignment to budget, and managing Out of Scope activity.
- Establish, communicate, and manage customer expectations to achieve optimal delivery.
- Drive risk identification and issue resolution at the project level using RBQM/RESOLVE.
- Ensure team compliance with organization policies, SOPs, ICH-GCP, and regulatory requirements.
