- Strong analytical thinking and decision-making skills to anticipate challenges, issues, or opportunities across a portfolio of products.

- Bachelor’s degree required. Master’s preferred.
Responsibilities
- Own the strategic vision and roadmap for the Literacy State Adoption product portfolio, ensuring every product decision reflects the instructional research and literacy instructional model at the core of Great Minds' approach.
- Lead, coach, and develop Product Managers, setting clear expectations, growing their strategic and technical judgment, and holding the team accountable to a high bar of rigor and craft.
- Set priorities across products, balancing near-term delivery against long-term strategic bets, and resolve tradeoffs when individual product plans compete for shared resources.
- Partner with the content and research teams to reflect the instructional research and the literacy instructional model in the product design and development process across the portfolio.
- Direct end-to-end product lifecycle activities, including: market research, competitive analysis, product strategy and design, scope and roadmap development, pricing, and launch.
- Synthesize customer feedback, product analytics, and competitive market data into a portfolio-wide view, translating that view into clear prioritization recommendations for senior leadership.
- Collaborate with cross-functional leaders across Content, Marketing, Sales, Finance, Design, and Operations to keep portfolio vision and execution aligned.
