Requirements

- At least 1 year of experience in support or a related field.
- Experience working with CRM systems.
- Strong ability to multitask and maintain focus.
- Empathy and ability to build trust with clients.
- Detail-oriented, especially during night hours.
- Ability to work responsibly and independently without constant supervision.
- Comfortable working a night shift schedule from 00:00 to 09:00 Kyiv time.
Responsibilities
- Work in tandem with main managers.
- Manage communications with clients and contractors until project completion.
- Monitor quality and project execution status.
- Maintain and update information in the CRM system.
- Make prompt decisions within the defined area of responsibility.
