Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Business Development or Client Acquisition within the recruitment/staffing industry.
- Proven experience in manpower/recruitment business development.
- Strong client network in Gulf, India, Europe, Russia, Singapore, or international markets.
- Experience dealing with Oil & Gas, EPC, Construction, Manufacturing, Hospitality, and Industrial sectors.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment and staffing processes.
- Proven ability to independently generate leads and convert clients.
- Experience in contract negotiation and client acquisition.
- Strong understanding of international manpower mobilization and recruitment compliance.
- Experience working with international clients and multicultural teams.
- International travel readiness.
Responsibilities
- Identify and acquire new clients for manpower recruitment and staffing services globally.
- Develop business opportunities in Oil & Gas, EPC, Construction, Manufacturing, Engineering, Hospitality, Marine & Shipyard, and Infrastructure sectors.
- Generate direct client requirements for white-collar and blue-collar manpower.
- Build strong relationships with HR Managers, Procurement Teams, Hiring Managers, Project Directors, and Vendor Management Teams.
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and upcoming projects.
- Attend client meetings, networking events, trade shows, and business conferences.
- Negotiate commercial terms, contracts, and service agreements.
- Coordinate with recruitment and operations teams to ensure timely delivery.
- Maintain strong follow-up and account management with existing clients.
