Requirements
- 10+ years of hands-on experience in data and analytics engineering.
- Deep expertise building and maintaining scalable, reliable data models and infrastructure.
- Proficiency with SQL and Python.
- Proficiency with ETL/ELT processes.
- Proficiency with cloud warehouses (particularly Snowflake).
- Proficiency with dbt and Tableau.
- Proven track record of implementing testing frameworks, dashboards, and documentation standards.
- Demonstrated strategic leadership experience managing and developing high-performing teams.
- Ability to communicate complex technical topics clearly for non-technical audiences.
- Experience driving the adoption of data best practices across teams.
Responsibilities
- Develop and own a long-term strategic vision for Webflow's enterprise data architecture.
- Lead, mentor, and grow a team of Analytics Engineers.
- Design and operationalize a unified semantic layer with canonical datasets, lineage graphs, and business context.
- Define and enforce comprehensive standards for data modeling, metadata management, and data governance.
- Build and maintain a skills repository for analytics agents with validation frameworks.
- Represent Analytics Engineering in strategic, cross-functional discussions.
- Partner with analytics teams to define trusted metrics and improve data systems usability.
