Requirements
- 10+ years of hands-on experience in data and analytics engineering.
- Expertise in building and maintaining scalable, reliable data models and infrastructure.
- Proficiency with SQL and Python.
- Experience with ETL/ELT workflows and modern data stack tools.
- Hands-on experience with cloud warehouses, particularly Snowflake.
- Proficiency with dbt and Tableau.
- Track record of implementing high-quality data models and documentation standards.
- Demonstrated strategic leadership experience managing and developing teams.
- Ability to communicate technical topics to non-technical audiences.
- Proactive approach to learning and applying emerging AI technologies.
Responsibilities
- Develop and own a long-term strategic vision for Webflow's enterprise data architecture.
- Lead, mentor, and grow a team of Analytics Engineers focused on scalable data foundations.
- Design and operationalize a unified semantic layer with canonical datasets and lineage graphs.
- Define and enforce comprehensive standards for data modeling, metadata management, and governance.
- Build and maintain a skills repository for analytics agents with validation frameworks.
- Represent Analytics Engineering in cross-functional strategic discussions.
- Partner with analytics teams to define trusted metrics and improve data system usability.
