Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university.
- Two years or more of successful medical sales experience (e.g., dental, medical device, laboratory, diagnostics) or one year pharmaceutical sales experience.
- Proven and consistent track record of success in sales performance.
- Experience launching new products.
- Proven business acumen and analytical expertise.
- Ability to work in a fast paced, dynamic work environment.
- Strong technical skills and computer proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint).
- Proficiency with digital meeting platforms including Veeva Engage, Teams, and Zoom.
- Valid driver’s license and safe driving record.
Responsibilities
- Drive sales performance to ensure goals are met or exceeded.
- Engage with Gastroenterologists, Primary Care Physicians, APPs, and office staff to deliver clinically focused messages.
- Build understanding of territory market dynamics to accelerate pull-through.
- Develop territory business plans in collaboration with the Regional Sales Manager and Strategic Account Specialists.
- Maintain advanced product and disease state expertise.
- Manage administrative responsibilities including CRM usage and expense reporting.
