Requirements
- 10+ years of software engineering experience with deep frontend expertise.
- Strong proficiency with TypeScript and React.
- Experience owning a design system that was successfully adopted.
- Ability to work across the API boundary with backend systems (Go).
- Proven product and UX judgment for end-to-end workflows.
- Track record of influencing multiple teams without direct management authority.
- Experience with data-dense enterprise product UI (large collections, filtering, permissions, bulk operations).
- Experience with LLM tool use, MCP, or agent frameworks in production.
- Strong written communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to pick leverage-heavy tasks from a large backlog.
Responsibilities
- Own the consistency and quality of core flag surfaces across engineering teams.
- Set the agenda for flag surfaces based on customer evidence and usage signals.
- Manage the design system (LaunchPad) including adoption, migration, and lint enforcement.
- Translate platform capability into product improvements through interaction pattern prototyping.
- Build shared interaction primitives like tables, filtering, sorting, and bulk comparison.
- Prototype and implement interaction patterns for hybrid human-agent workflows.
- Lead frontend performance optimization for high-traffic surfaces.
