Requirements
- Senior software engineering background with experience designing and shipping production systems.
- Proven track record of end-to-end project delivery from scoping to post-launch ownership.
- Strong proficiency in Node.js, Python, and SQL.
- Hands-on experience building, evaluating, and deploying LLM-powered features or agents in production.
- Deep familiarity with agentic coding tools like Claude Code, Cursor, or Codex.
- Previous experience leading, unblocking, and mentoring a small engineering team.
- Strong product thinking with the ability to quantify impact and prioritize work.
- Excellent communication skills in English for interacting with non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience taking a product from zero to initial users is preferred.
- Experience with event-driven architectures or workflow engines such as Temporal or Kafka is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Own the architecture of team projects including service boundaries, data flows, and integrations.
- Build Python and TypeScript services, SQL-based databases, and LLM-powered agents.
- Turn product ideas into prototypes and scale successful projects to production.
- Analyze automation requests and prioritize based on financial impact.
- Use agentic coding tools like Claude Code for daily development.
- Ship products to non-technical users and support them post-launch.
- Lead, mentor, and set technical direction for a team of engineers.
