Requirements
- 7+ years of experience as a Technical Business Analyst or Solution Architect, preferably within the Telecom or Tech industry.
- Proven ability to synthesize complex regulatory documents into actionable engineering tasks.
- Comfortable discussing technical concepts such as SIP, SMS routing, and MNP databases with engineers.
- Highly skilled in writing clear User Stories, Functional Specs, and managing Jira tickets.
- Experience or deep interest in international roaming, interconnectivity, and global telecom markets.
- Ability to create clear, structured technical documentation and process flowcharts.
- Experience coaching and mentoring team members.
- Ability to act as a liaison between legal, product, and engineering teams.
- Good verbal and written communication skills in English.
Responsibilities
- Translate regional mandates and legal/regulatory findings into clear functional requirements for the Core Network team.
- Lead requirement discovery workshops with local MNOs, regulators, and internal stakeholders.
- Compare regulatory requirements against platform capabilities and identify necessary enhancements or trade-offs.
- Create high-level technical workflows and flowcharts for services like MNP and Lawful Interception.
- Define business rules for voice/SMS routing and data reporting requirements for local authorities.
- Lead the definition of acceptance criteria, test scenarios, and sign-off requirements for regulatory compliance.
- Mentor and upskill Solution Analysts and delivery teams on user stories and functional specifications.
