Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience.
- At least two years in a supervisory or management role.
- Multi-unit restaurant accounting experience.
- Restaurant365 experience strongly preferred (or experience with at least two other ERPs required).
- Advanced expertise in full-cycle accounting, complex reconciliations, and financial statement review.
- Proven ability to manage multiple clients, teams, and competing priorities.
- Strong communication skills with experience presenting financials to clients.
- Process optimization mindset for improving workflows and efficiency.
- CPA preferred but not required.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the senior accounting lead across multiple clients to ensure accurate, timely, and aligned financial deliverables.
- Perform high-level review of financial statements, reconciliations, and complex accounting areas.
- Lead, mentor, and develop Accounting Managers and offshore teams.
- Identify and manage deviations between client processes and Dine standards.
- Evaluate workflows to drive process optimization, reduce rework, and support scalability.
- Lead client discussions to present financials, explain variances, and provide actionable insights.
