Requirements
- 2+ years of experience writing production Java (Spring Boot preferred)
- 5+ years of experience across the stack (frontend/backend/cloud)
- Strong proficiency in React, TypeScript, and modern frontend tooling
- Experience working with Redis, AWS infrastructure, and real-time APIs
- Familiarity with LLMs, AI tooling, or interest in integrating smart agent workflows
- A bias toward shipping fast, making pragmatic decisions, and iterating
- A high degree of autonomy and ownership—you’re comfortable architecting, implementing, and scaling solutions from scratch
Responsibilities
- Build high-performance frontend interfaces using React and TypeScript
- Design and implement real-time, privacy-aware APIs and microservices in Java
- Work with LLMs and third-party APIs to generate intelligent summaries and recommendations
- Integrate with healthcare platforms (e.g. EMRs, PMs, clearinghouses) through APIs or user interfaces
- Optimize for speed, reliability, and usability across a variety of workflows
- Collaborate closely with product, design, and compliance teams to ensure our tools are secure, HIPAA-compliant, and delightful to use
