Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in quality assurance, biology, chemistry, medical sciences, or pharmacology (or equivalent combination of education and experience).
- 3+ years of direct US dietary supplement/food quality experience.
- Strong knowledge of FDA laws, regulations, and cGMP standards.
- Proven experience with Root Cause Analysis tools to support NCR investigations and CAPA effectiveness.
- Hands-on experience executing QA GMP compliance for a broad portfolio of dietary supplements or related products.
- Applied technical knowledge to ensure GMP standards are met throughout the product life cycle.
- Effective prioritization skills to manage multiple projects in an agile environment.
- Strong analytical, organization, and critical thinking skills.
- Ability to communicate and collaborate effectively with diverse internal and external audiences.
- 1-3+ years of professional work experience in a manufacturing or production facility (preferred).
Responsibilities
- Log and investigate supplier-related Nonconformances (NCRs), conduct trend analysis, and coordinate Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPAs).
- Maintain supplier qualification records and documentation within the Veeva QMS Supplier Management module.
- Assist with supplier onboarding, qualification, periodic reviews, and requalification activities.
- Generate quarterly supplier scorecards and track supplier quality metrics and performance trends.
- Support the supplier audit program by tracking audits, documenting findings, and monitoring corrective action implementation.
- Collaborate with supply chain, regulatory, and product development teams to resolve quality issues.
- Update documentation in Veeva QualityOne and support the Change Control program.
