Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in quality assurance, biology, chemistry, medical sciences, pharmacology, or equivalent.
- 3+ years of direct US dietary supplement/food quality experience.
- Knowledge of FDA laws and regulations.
- Experience with cGMP standards.
- Experience using Root Cause Analysis tools to support NCR investigations.
- Hands-on experience executing QA GMP compliance for dietary supplements or related products.
- Applied technical knowledge of GMP standards throughout the product life cycle.
- Effective prioritization skills to execute multiple projects.
- Proven ability to communicate and collaborate with internal and external audiences.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and critical thinking skills.
Responsibilities
- Manage supplier-related Nonconformances (NCRs), conduct trend analysis and root cause investigations, and coordinate Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPAs).
- Maintain supplier qualification records and documentation within the Veeva QMS Supplier Management module.
- Assist with supplier onboarding, qualification, periodic reviews, and requalification activities.
- Generate quarterly supplier scorecards, track quality metrics, and collaborate with teams to evaluate supplier effectiveness.
- Help schedule and track supplier audits and document findings within Veeva QMS.
- Issue Supplier Corrective Action Requests (SCARs) and monitor corrective action implementation and effectiveness.
- Collaborate with Supply Chain, Regulatory Affairs, Formulation, Product Development, and Operations teams to resolve quality issues.
- Update documentation in Veeva QualityOne, support the Change Control program, and create KPI reports.
