Requirements
- 4+ year of experience working as a Quality Assurance Tester
- 5+ years of industry experience in software development or test
- Experience in manual testing in SaaS environment with both web and mobile apps
- Experience using automation testing tools and frameworks such as Cypress and Appium
- Knowledge of SQA methodology and tools
- Strong knowledge of software testing methodologies, tools, and processes, such as Jira, Azure DevOps, DataDog, Sql Database, Postman, LambdaTest, Jira Zephyr
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong analytical skills, including ability to identify and solve ambiguous problems
- Ability to analyze impacts of enhancement on existing function
Responsibilities
- Develop, execute and maintain test cases in assigned functional areas.
- Identify and report bugs with accurate and detailed descriptions.
- Communicate test results and status to stakeholders.
- Perform end-to-end solution & quarterly regression testing within technical capabilities.
- Work directly with the development team to ensure quick resolution and meet project timeline.
- Work independently and as part of a larger cross-functional QA team to ensure quality is maintained throughout all stages of the software development lifecycle.
- Adhere to quality standards and following best practices.
- Participate in team agile practices such as attending stand-ups, backlog refinement, sprint planning, and team retrospectives.
