Requirements
- 3–6+ years of experience in Cloud Infrastructure, Operations, or DevOps roles (Level 2 or Level 3 proficiency).
- Hands-on mastery of AWS core services (EC2, S3, RDS, IAM, ECS/EKS, Route 53, CloudWatch).
- Proficiency with Docker and Kubernetes.
- Experience with Infrastructure as Code using Terraform or AWS CloudFormation.
- Experience with modern CI/CD tools such as GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or Jenkins.
- Strong background in Linux system administration and shell scripting (Bash, Python).
- Deep understanding of network configuration (VPCs, Subnets, Security Groups).
- Proven experience conducting root cause analysis and implementing permanent fixes.
- Advanced English (written and spoken) is required for collaboration with US-based teams.
- Strong ownership mindset with high problem-solving autonomy.
Responsibilities
- Anchor deep-dive technical troubleshooting, incident resolution, and Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for complex AWS infrastructure and application-level issues.
- Build and maintain continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD) pipelines to guarantee reliable, automated, and swift releases.
- Design and refine Infrastructure as Code (IaC) modules using Terraform or AWS CloudFormation to drive consistent provisioning across environments.
- Optimize cloud resources, load balancers, container orchestration systems, and database connection pools for maximum performance and cost efficiency.
- Lead observability and monitoring initiatives by leveraging logs, traces, and metrics to proactively mitigate security vulnerabilities and system bottlenecks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional development teams to integrate DevSecOps practices, troubleshoot container deployments (Docker/EKS), and implement strict IAM governance.
