Requirements
- 7+ years in content and editorial roles.
- 3+ years leading an SEO-driven content program at a consumer, fintech, insurtech, or marketplace brand.
- Proven track record of measurable organic growth results.
- Hands-on command of LLMs (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini) for research and drafting.
- Expertise in SEO and content tools such as Sitefire, Surfer, Clearscope, MarketMuse, or Frase.
- Fluency in GSC, Semrush/Ahrefs, and GA4.
- Experience managing a writer or freelance team.
- Portfolio demonstrating editorial judgment, voice, and accuracy.
- Understanding of YMYL (Your Money Your Life) content standards.
Responsibilities
- Own Jerry's editorial engine across jerry.ai and external platforms, including roadmap, architecture, resource allocation, and organic traffic/conversion targets.
- Design and operate the brief-to-publish workflow, managing prompt libraries, QA gates, and quality-drift metrics.
- Build content clusters optimized for Google and AI answer engines like ChatGPT, Perplexity, and Gemini, including FAQ schema and entity optimization.
- Set and enforce E-E-A-T and YMYL compliance standards, ensuring factual accuracy and transparent expert sourcing.
- Manage at least one writer and a freelance bench while personally producing content.
