Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Strong editorial taste and ability to write engaging, compelling content for both humans and AI models.
- Deep understanding of SEO and evolving AEO landscapes.
- Proficiency with LLMs for drafting, research, synthesis, and automation.
- Experience managing content production workflows and editorial teams.
- Ability to manage accuracy standards for YMYL (Your Money Your Life) financial content.
- Demonstrated ability to own traffic and conversion metrics.
- Reside in an eligible state or province (AZ, CA, CO, FL, GA, IL, MA, NC, NJ, NV, NY, OR, TN, TX, UT, VA, or Ontario, Canada).
Responsibilities
- Lead Jerry's content quality and output across internal and external platforms.
- Build and optimize an AI-native content production pipeline, including prompt engineering, QA gates, and human-edit checkpoints.
- Develop content strategies that rank on Google and earn citations in AI models like ChatGPT, Perplexity, and Gemini.
- Manage the editorial team, AI agents, and a freelance bench.
- Own organic traffic and customer conversion targets rather than page views.
- Define and enforce editorial standards, including fact-checking and source verification for YMYL finance content.
