Requirements
- 5+ years of experience with Dynamics 365 Sales and/or Customer Service, Dataverse, Power Apps, and Power Automate.
- Proficiency in JavaScript, C#, plug-ins, custom APIs, REST/OData, and SQL concepts.
- Experience with Azure DevOps, source control, release documentation, and deployment practices.
- Strong ability to estimate work, manage scope, and deliver quality products on time.
- Professional consulting skills including clear communication and collaborative problem solving.
- PL-200 or PL-400 certifications highly recommended.
- MB-280, MB-230, or other D365 CE credentials preferred.
Responsibilities
- Configure and extend Dynamics 365 CE and Dataverse using model-driven apps, forms, business rules, and Power Automate.
- Develop client-specific extensions using JavaScript, plug-ins, custom APIs, Power Platform CLI, C#, and Azure Functions.
- Build and troubleshoot integrations with ERP, marketing, web portals, and other enterprise systems.
- Manage data migration activities including mapping, transformation, validation, and reconciliation.
- Participate in technical design reviews, sprint planning, UAT, defect triage, and deployment planning.
- Create and maintain technical design documentation, deployment notes, and unit test evidence.
- Adhere to delivery standards for DevOps, ALM, solution layering, and environment promotion.
