Responsibilities
- Prepare for upcoming tests and verify system readiness.
- Monitor active test sessions and respond to issues as they arise.
- Investigate operational incidents and support applicant retakes.
- Improve operational processes, documentation, and efficiency.
- Use AI tools to streamline repetitive tasks and enhance data consistency.
- Collaborate with Customer Success, Product, and Engineering teams.
