Requirements
- Proven experience shipping software used by real customers.
- Strong commercial experience with PHP and either Laravel or Symfony (for Backend-led profile).
- Strong commercial experience with TypeScript, JavaScript, and Vue.js (for Full-stack profile).
- Commercial experience with PHP and Laravel (for Full-stack profile).
- Hands-on experience with AI coding environments like Claude Code or Cursor.
- Strong understanding of REST APIs, business logic, and data modeling.
- Experience with relational and non-relational databases, caching, and message queues.
- Ability to work outside primary technical area to deliver better outcomes.
- Fluency in Polish (C1) and English (B2).
- Strong communication skills for interacting with product and business stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Own technical solutions end-to-end, including technical discovery, implementation, testing, and production monitoring.
- Validate technical feasibility, identify constraints, and shape the technical approach before scope is locked.
- Decide technical approaches that balance customer value, delivery speed, maintainability, and operational risk.
- Execute AI-augmented development using tools like Claude Code, MCP servers, and custom agents.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Product Managers, QA, and other engineers to contribute context and trade-offs.
- Identify recurring technical problems and continuously improve products, systems, and engineering practices.
