Requirements
- 8+ years of software engineering experience with depth in backend development.
- 2+ years hands-on experience applying LLMs/AI to production workflows.
- Strong proficiency in Python and JavaScript/Node.js.
- Hands-on experience with LLM frameworks, prompt engineering, RAG, and function calling.
- Experience building and operating multi-agent systems at scale.
- Deep familiarity with Google Cloud Platform, BigQuery, and serverless/containerized services.
- Experience with CI/CD, testing, and production reliability standards.
- Ability to communicate complex systems to both engineers and business stakeholders.
- Experience using AI-assisted development tools like GitHub Copilot or Cursor.
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end development of multi-agent AI systems from architecture through operation.
- Build modular agentic systems using orchestration frameworks like LangChain or CrewAI.
- Implement observability, logging, prompt iteration, and cost management for AI workflows.
- Develop APIs and microservices connecting AI models to business systems like BigQuery, Slack, and CRM platforms.
- Architect data flows for retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) using internal knowledge bases.
- Design and deploy automation workflows to eliminate manual work for marketing and sales teams.
- Establish governance and compliance standards for AI, including PII handling and audit trails.
