Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- At least 5 years of related work experience.
- Strong background in machine learning, data science, and applied AI.
- Proficiency with Azure OpenAI, Copilot Studio, and Microsoft ecosystem tools.
- Solid programming skills with Python.
- Experience building chatbots, copilots, or similar AI-driven automation.
- Experience preparing datasets and building ML pipelines.
- Familiarity with product development lifecycles and agile delivery practices.
- Security-conscious mindset regarding sensitive or regulated data.
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills to work across technical and non-technical teams.
Responsibilities
- Design and evaluate AI/ML models tailored to business use cases.
- Prepare and manage structured and unstructured datasets for training and evaluation.
- Build and deploy AI features into systems and workflows using tools like Copilot Studio, Azure OpenAI, and Power Platform.
- Deliver automation solutions that streamline operations across Tax, Assurance, Advisory, and Corporate Services.
- Work closely with IT, business stakeholders, and data governance teams to align solutions with firm goals.
- Rapidly prototype AI solutions and recommend best practices for adoption.
- Apply responsible AI practices to ensure models are accurate, explainable, and compliant.
