Responsibilities
- Answer user questions and provide timely, accurate support to ensure a positive user experience.
- Assist Referral Pro Mode members by answering their inquiries via Telegram or internal community groups.
- Collect and analyze community feedback to provide actionable insights for internal teams.
- Monitor all affiliate and referral marketing activities to ensure integrity and compliance with company standards.
- Explore new content formats, channels, and creative ideas to drive experimentation, optimization, and growth.
