Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in activity operation.
- Proven experience independently handling user growth projects with over one million users.
- Strong familiarity with the Web3 industry and blockchain products.
- Proficiency in user operation methods, particularly social media growth and user fission models.
- Fluency in both English and Mandarin as a working language.
- Strong cross-departmental coordination skills.
- Self-driven, responsible, and capable of working under pressure.
- Experience with Pinduoduo or Kuaishou growth operations is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement user growth strategies.
- Coordinate channel operation activities, including creative planning, resource coordination, and execution.
- Build channel/user layered incentive systems and life cycle management mechanisms.
- Establish effective data analysis frameworks to monitor and evaluate growth strategy performance.
- Track industry dynamics, policy changes, and cryptocurrency market trends to provide operation optimization suggestions.
- Promote the implementation of blockchain product functions to drive business growth.
