Requirements
- 7+ years' experience delivering complex IT projects and digital transformation initiatives.
- Proven track record of managing multiple concurrent projects in global environments.
- Strong understanding of software development, IT infrastructure, cloud technologies, and modern delivery methodologies.
- Demonstrated ability to manage senior stakeholders and influence decision-making.
- Experience leading geographically distributed teams and external vendors.
- Strong project planning, governance, and risk management expertise.
- Strategic thinking with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong understanding of organizational change and its impact on business operations.
- PRINCE2, Agile, PMP, or equivalent project management certification preferred.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Project and Microsoft Office tools.
- Experience working within enterprise PMO environments.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery of complex IT and digital transformation projects, including cloud migrations, infrastructure upgrades, software implementations, and enterprise platforms.
- Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, and success measures.
- Develop and maintain project plans, RAID logs, schedules, governance packs, and status reporting.
- Act as the primary contact for project stakeholders and executive sponsors.
- Manage project budgets, forecasts, and financial reporting.
- Oversee vendor relationships, contracts, Statements of Work (SoWs), and supplier performance.
- Lead and motivate diverse global project teams while mentoring junior project managers.
