Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Actuarial science, or equivalent work experience.
- 4+ years of professional finance experience.
- Experience in Healthcare, Consulting, Insurance, or Financial Services.
- 2+ years of experience with Google Sheets, Docs, and Slides or Microsoft Office suite.
- 2+ years of experience collaborating with C-level executives.
- MBA in Finance or MS in Financial Analysis (preferred).
- Experience in managed care, healthcare, or insurance (preferred).
- Proficiency in SQL/BigQuery (preferred).
- Proficiency in NetSuite and Adaptive (preferred).
Responsibilities
- Craft data-driven recommendations for senior executives to guide pricing decisions and growth strategy.
- Build models and tools to generate business insights, scenario modeling, and competitive intelligence.
- Collaborate with Actuarial, Regional Leaders, Plan Design, and Sales teams on portfolio strategy.
- Identify profitability tradeoffs, market trends, and membership insights to inform strategic decisions.
- Source, organize, and analyze data to support strategic programs.
- Monitor metrics and ACA landscape trends to inform selling season tactics.
- Report intra-year membership analytics to leadership to track business health.
