Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in product marketing, developer marketing, product management, or technical marketing within a B2B enterprise technology environment.
- Strong familiarity with developer tools, modern software development workflows, and AI-driven approaches.
- Proven experience owning technical product launches end-to-end.
- Demonstrated ability to translate complex products and technical differentiation into stories.
- Experience supporting enterprise sales organizations and navigating multi-stakeholder buying processes.
- Strong sales enablement experience creating scalable collateral.
- Experience developing integrated marketing campaigns with cross-functional teams.
- Strong customer orientation with ability to incorporate feedback into strategy.
- Strong technical aptitude for software design, development, and deployment.
- Excellent written, verbal, presentation, and storytelling skills.
- Ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders without direct authority.
- Ability to maintain at least 25 hours per week of working-hours overlap with Pacific Time.
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end product marketing initiatives, from positioning and messaging through launch execution, field enablement, and ongoing optimization.
- Serve as a strategic product marketing partner to product, engineering, technical, and go-to-market teams.
- Lead technical product launches and releases, establishing repeatable processes.
- Develop messaging frameworks that communicate product value and differentiation to technical enterprise audiences.
- Create high-impact sales enablement materials to support complex buying cycles.
- Partner with demand generation, field marketing, and developer relations on integrated campaigns.
- Engage with customers and stakeholders to gather feedback and influence product direction.
- Build thought leadership content to strengthen presence within the developer ecosystem.
- Track performance metrics including engagement, pipeline generation, and deal velocity.
