- 7+ years in SaaS, consulting, data, or other relevant domains.
- Proven track record of exceeding performance objectives as an individual contributor or a manager.
- Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills, particularly with sales teams.
- Builder mentality with experience working in environments where processes are still forming.
- Clear, direct communication skills with the ability to provide frequent feedback.
- 3+ years managing teams strongly preferred.
- Experience implementing analytics or embedded analytics is a plus.
- Familiarity with dbt, Snowflake, or modern data stack tooling is a plus.
- Prior experience at a high-growth Series B/C company is a plus.
- Ability to travel up to 30% based on customer needs.
Responsibilities
- Own team performance across core metrics including billable utilization, customer outcomes, and financial performance.
- Hire, develop, and retain a high-performing team of Managing Architects and Engagement Managers.
- Coach architects on deal and project strategy and work with Engagement Managers to drive process efficiency.
- Manage and maintain exceptional subcontracting partner relationships.
- Identify patterns in customer needs and projects to provide feedback to product, marketing, and enablement teams.
- Act as the final accountable party for regional back-office processes, coordinating with Finance, operations, and sales.
- Network with leaders at prospects, customers, and partners.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with CS, Marketing, and Product on GTM strategy.
