Requirements
- 3+ years of full-stack software development experience delivering production applications
- Proficiency with both frontend and backend technologies in a live production environment
- Experience building and maintaining REST APIs or similar backend services
- Hands-on experience with modern frontend frameworks such as React, Vue, Angular, or equivalent
- Experience working with relational or NoSQL databases
- Solid command of Git and version control workflows
- Ability to reliably work during Pacific time zone (PT) business hours from India
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain full-stack features across both frontend and backend systems in a production environment
- Develop and maintain robust REST APIs and backend services that integrate with logistics workflows
- Build responsive, performant frontend interfaces using modern JavaScript frameworks
- Work with relational and/or NoSQL databases — designing schemas, writing queries, and optimizing performance
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional team members across time zones, with core overlap during Pacific business hours
- Contribute to code reviews, architectural discussions, and continuous improvement of engineering practices
- Support CI/CD pipelines and help maintain automated testing coverage
