Requirements
- Strong full-stack engineering capabilities with significant frontend depth.
- Demonstrated production experience building AI-powered systems involving streaming output and agent interactions.
- Understanding of LLM non-determinism and designing for human intervention.
- Strong experience with React or an equivalent modern frontend framework.
- Experience with contemporary design-system practices.
- Ability to work fluidly between UX design tools like Figma and production code.
- Experience designing interfaces for complex technical information.
- Product intuition and a user-centered mindset.
- Experience with agent observability platforms (e.g., Langfuse, LangSmith, Phoenix, Arize).
- Knowledge of data visualization and WCAG accessibility standards.
- Familiarity with LLM evaluation frameworks or LLM-as-judge approaches.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Responsibilities
- Own the full-stack design and engineering quality of AI pilots and prototypes, taking concepts from briefs to production-quality interfaces.
- Build intuitive, accessible, and visually consistent experiences for complex AI capabilities.
- Design and implement human-on-the-loop interaction patterns to allow user inspection of agent traces and outputs.
- Develop a shared design system featuring AI-specific patterns like streaming outputs, status indicators, and trace inspection views.
- Establish UX standards for AI assistants, copilots, and intelligence dashboards.
- Conduct user research and usability testing with internal stakeholders to influence product direction.
- Collaborate with AI engineering partners to create observability dashboards for model behavior and performance.
- Champion WCAG accessibility standards and frontend performance.
