Requirements
- Proven experience building and maintaining a talent pool, bench, or community with active vetting and engagement.
- Experience recruiting for customer service, executive assistant, receptionist, accounting/bookkeeping, or sales operations roles.
- Experience hiring for the U.S. market, working with U.S. companies or hiring managers.
- Ability to manage multiple open roles simultaneously and meet strict deadlines.
- Advanced written and spoken English proficiency.
- Ability to work Monday to Friday with significant overlap with U.S. Central Time.
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (Workable preferred).
- Comfort using AI and automation tools to streamline screening and evaluation.
- Ability to maintain a reliable home-office setup.
- Demonstrable track record of meeting hiring metrics and KPIs.
Responsibilities
- Proactively source, interview, and vet candidates for roles before they become open.
- Maintain and segment a live talent community with active engagement cadences.
- Manage full-cycle hiring for multiple concurrent roles across various verticals.
- Partner with hiring managers to define defensible quality bars and present shortlists within 24 hours.
- Respond to all incoming applications within 24 business hours.
- Provide specific, constructive feedback to rejected candidates to maintain a positive employer brand.
- Lead recruitment improvement initiatives using AI and automation tools.
- Report weekly performance metrics and targets in alignment with EOS frameworks.
