Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree
- Minimum of 10+ years of work experience
- 7+ years of project management experience
- 3+ years of direct people leadership experience
- Experience working in the medical device, pharma, Biotech, or healthcare industries
- Demonstrated expertise with project management tools and methodologies
- Proven experience developing and leading large-scale, global initiatives through an entire project lifecycle
- High level of critical thinking, analytical skills, and attention to detail
- Excellent leadership, influencing, and presentation skills
- Well-developed understanding of business financials and reporting
Responsibilities
- Manage and support Compliance Project Manager(s) and the project management budget.
- Lead the project management office to ensure the Compliance department effectively enables business results.
- Influence and partner with senior leaders to lead strategic projects.
- Translate vision and strategy into actionable projects with milestones and schedules.
- Manage and influence resources to meet planned objectives.
- Design and deploy project management best practices across the global organization.
- Analyze processes to increase efficiency and prioritize impactful projects.
- Develop and deliver tracking and reporting regarding project progress and budget.
